“Art In Public Places” explores the rich history of community, culture, and farming found within the public arts of Placer County. With the help of Arts Council of Placer County - ACPC, and information provided by Rocklin’s “art task force”, Roseville’s Blue Line Arts, Loomis Basin Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln’s Art League of Lincoln, Auburn’s City Hall, and many others, we were able to document 70 works of art from five different cities right here in Placer County. We know we’ve only scratched the surface and have more work ahead of us.
